If you provide project photos or other documents during a service discussion, we may use them to evaluate your request. Please do not submit payment information, identification documents, or sensitive insurance records through the initial website form.

Our website and its service providers may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring pages, and security or form-interaction data. Cookies and similar technologies may support website functionality, fraud prevention, and analytics when used.

How we use information

Respond to inquiries, evaluate service coverage, and discuss or schedule assessments.

Cookies, analytics and advertising choices

We use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand website visits and improve our website. Analytics may collect information such as pages visited, device and browser details, approximate location and interactions, including a confirmed roof-assessment form submission. We do not send form-field contents with these analytics events. Google advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in our current analytics configuration.

If you choose Allow advertising, the Meta Pixel sends page-view activity, successful roof-assessment submission events and technical information, such as the page address and browser identifiers, to Meta to help measure and improve Facebook and Instagram advertising. This optional pixel remains disabled until you opt in. We do not enable automatic advanced matching or automatically collect information typed into forms for Meta.

Select Privacy choices on any page to allow or decline Meta advertising tracking. Your choice is remembered in your browser, and you can change it anytime. Declining stops future Meta pixel tracking in that browser; it does not undo information already received by Meta. We honor browser Global Privacy Control signals by disabling this optional Meta tracking. Browser settings can also limit or delete cookies. These advertising choices apply to Meta tracking; they do not control necessary website functions or the separate website analytics described above.

Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably needed for inquiries, customer relationships, service records, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
